Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) offers international companies professional support in their daily business operations, particularly focused on secretarial services, customer reception and phone management.
As a Freelance Customer Care Representative, you are the first contact person for many small and medium-sized companies. You greet customers' callers in a friendly and competent manner, take down callback requests or put calls through, make appointments, take orders and provide information.
- You speak and write German at a native level.
- You have good written and spoken English skills.
- You have the possibility to work as a freelancer.
- You have a lockable separate room where you can work undisturbed.
- You have very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature.
- You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner.
- Own PC with a reliable wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbit/s download or faster and 5 Mbit/s upload) with a direct connection via LAN cable with the network router
- Windows Operating System (Windows 10 or 11) or Mac Operating System (Big Sur/Monterey/Ventura)
- A large screen with 1080p resolution
