Customer Care Representative - Home Office (French)

French | Full-time and part-time

In order to strengthen our international team, we are now looking for highly communicative French-speaking employees who would like to work remotely from either Malta or Gozo.

Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) offers international companies professional support in their daily business operations and stands for diversity, social responsibility and family friendliness.

Your tasks:

As an employee in our call center, you are the first contact person for many small and medium-sized companies. You greet customers' callers in a friendly and competent manner, take down callback requests or put calls through, make appointments, take orders and provide information.

Your qualifications:

  • You speak and write French at a native level.
  • You have good written and spoken English skills.
  • You have successfully completed your vocational training or studies and have already gained professional experience.
  • You have already gained experience in an office environment.
  • You have good computer skills and are experienced in using the internet.
  • You have a broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection).
  • You have an internet speed of at least 25 Mbit/s download or faster and 5 Mbit/s upload.
  • You have a direct connection of your computer via LAN cable to the network router (no connections to other organisations such as student residences possible).
  • You have a lockable separate room where you can work undisturbed.
